Service Times and Location
We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at Northbend a great one.
We have two like services each Sunday: 9 AM and 10:45 AM. You get to choose which time works best for you! We are located at 500 Adamsville Road, Mason, West Virginia, 25260.
What to Expect
Sunday's at Northbend are energetic, casual, and relaxed. There is no dress code (spoken or unspoken), so wear whatever you feel comfortable in. When you look around, you'll see most people wearing jeans or shorts while some prefer to wear dresses or dress pants. We just want you to come as you are and expect to feel welcomed by many friendly faces who will be excited to see you.
Your day will begin in our parking lot, where a member of our parking team will welcome you and show you where to park your car. When you enter the building, you can stop by our Connection Point in the center of the lobby and they’ll show you where you can find bathrooms, coffee, child check-in, and the sanctuary for services.
Our services begin with our band leading us in worship and then Pastor Jason will share an encouraging and challenging message from The Bible. A service at Northbend typically lasts around an hour.
What About My Kids?
We have awesome things prepared for your kids! We offer kids care and classes during church for Nursery - 6th Grade! These classes feature curriculum designed to engage your child at their level. Don’t worry, we take all precaution necessary to keep your children safe. Our kids volunteers are required to have a background check, and there are always at least two adults in every kids room.
We know it may not be ideal for your child to go to class on your first day in a new place. They are more than welcome to join you in the sanctuary for church until they are comfortable. If they would happen to get restless or a bit distracting for those around you, feel free to take them out into the lobby where you can watch and listen to our services out there.
If you have a teenager, they don't want to miss Northbend Students! It’s for grades 7-12 and they meet on Sunday night's at 6pm in our brand new Student Building. You can click on the buttons below to get more information on our Kids & Student ministries!
