OPEN INVITATION

This is a church of acceptance, invitation, and evangelism.

PURPOSE OVER PREFERENCE

The mission is more important than my preference.

ALL FOR ONE

We are better unified as the church.

ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE

Living grateful for what Christ has done.

GIVE IT AWAY

We are living for the Kingdom so we give into the Kingdom.

REAL LIVING

Being genuine to who we are and whose we are.

We live according to

The Bible

We believe that the Bible is God’s holy and perfect word, without error. It is accurate, authoritative, and complete. In it, we have everything we need for life and Godliness.

we believe

Jesus Made a Way

We believe that man was created for relationship with God. He was given a choice and he chose sin, the path that led to death. God, in his infinite love and kindness then made a way to restore relationship through His son, Jesus.

Jesus came to earth, lived a perfect life, then died on the cross on our behalf as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins. In order to receive forgiveness and a fresh start with God, we must repent of our sins, believe in Jesus as Lord(Romans 10:9-10), and live in new life according to scripture.

we believe in building

The Church

We believe in the power and significance of the Church and the necessity of believers to meet regularly together as we are instructed in the Scriptures. We believe that the Church is the hope of the world and we should love and care for it, and it should be one of the highest priorities in our lives.

We love, pray for, and support other local churches because we are all trying to reach the world with the hope of the Gospel. Church is not a competition; we are a team!

We affirm these early Christian Creeds and affirm that Jesus is the center of it all.

In this church we are shaped by the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. Scripture faithfully tells the story of God revealed in Jesus, and these creeds reveal the beliefs of the church for nearly 2,000 years.

We Affirm
The Apostles’ Creed

We believe in God, the Father, the Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth.

We believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son, our Lord,

who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,

born of the Virgin Mary,

suffered under Pontius Pilate,

was crucified, died, and was buried;

Jesus descended to the dead.

and on the third day rose again;

Christ, our saviour, ascended into heaven,

is seated at the right hand of the loving God,

and will come again to judge the living and the dead.

We believe in the Holy Spirit,

the holy catholic Church,

the communion of saints,

the forgiveness of sins,

the resurrection of the body,

and the life everlasting.

Amen.

We Affirm
The Nicene Creed

We believe in one God,

the Father,

the Almighty,

Creator of heaven and earth,

of all that is, seen and unseen.

We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,

the only Son of God,

eternally begotten of the Creator,

God from God, Light from Light,

true God from true God,

begotten, not made,

of one Being with the Creator.

Through Christ all things were made.

For us and for our salvation

the only begotten came down from heaven:

and by the power of the Holy Spirit

became incarnate from the Virgin Mary,

and was made human.

For our sake Jesus was crucified under Pontius Pilate;

suffered died and was buried.

But on the third day, rose again

in accordance with the Scriptures;

ascended into heaven

and is seated at the right hand of the Creator.

Christ will come again in glory

to judge the living and the dead,

and God’s kingdom will have no end.

We believe in the Holy Spirit,

the Sanctifier, the giver of life,

who proceeds from the Creator.

Who with the Creator and the Christ,

is worshiped and glorified.

The Spirit has spoken through the Prophets.

We believe in one holy Church.

We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.

We look for the resurrection of the dead,

and the life of the world to come.

Amen.
